Blackened redfish Pontchartrain from Cafe Benedicte

Cafe Benedicte has reopened after the restaurant was destroyed during Hurricane Harvey in August 2017. A reservoir release flooded the business located in the Energy Corridor District of west Houston. It was left with almost four feet of standing water in the building for eighteen days.
